Diana attended Butler University, and graduated from Liberty University, She is also certified with ICAADA and is a member of AACC. 

 

With over 20 years experience as an Executive Manager, most notably as an effective start-up, growth and turnaround specialist at various health spas throughout Indianapolis, Diana is an invaluable manager. She has planned and implemented sales and promotions strategies, managed a staff of 50 personnel, and turned a deficit business into profitability.

 

She designed soft skill techniques for customer service agents that create win-win outcomes in difficult circumstances. Diana has conducted numerous ‘positive thinking’ seminars and ‘sales skills’ workshops, and applies many of the business principles and practices to Next Step Navigation.
